Why is this training needed?
Leadership skills have been identified as one of the major ‘skill gaps’ in the field of regeneration and developing sustainable communities and an area where people would appreciate training opportunities that gave them the confidence to be more effective leaders. Many staff have had training in ‘management skills’, but not in leadership.
