Learning to Involve - a Case Study of Service User and Carer Involvement in Health and Social CareLearning to Involve is a joint agency project developed and led by Exeter CVS, with service users and carers and statutory partners. Its aim is to empower service users and carers to work with public sector bodies, and thereby shape and improve public services.
This case study provides an opportunity to take a snap-shot of its achievements, and help to disseminate good practice developed locally, but will inevitably highlight areas needing further research and evaluation.
