Leadership Events

At heart we all know the importance of good leadership. We all remember our best and worst boss, the leadership that inspired us and the leadership that made us want to take a ‘duvet day’.

There is now a formal acknowledged need for better leadership skills if we are to achieve sustainable communities. The Egan Review and a number of other research and policy papers have identified leadership and management skills as core to improving our results. As a response to this need we are bringing together information about leadership courses and events, particularly those focused on the public and voluntary and community sectors, on this dedicated page. We hope that you will find something to inspire you to rejuvenate your leadership skills.
