Funding South West's position as the region's specialist in supporting financial and investment infrastructure for the voluntary and community sector has been confirmed with the acceptance of its proposal to Capacitybuilders' Consortium Development Fund.
Capacitybuilders is delivering the Government's £70m ChangeUp programme for voluntary sector infrastructure, and this year Funding South West will facilitate a group from across the region to create a strategy for finance and investment, and carry out some practical work.
The group's first meeting is on 23 April in Taunton.
