Earlier this week Hazel Blears announced the launch of the National Empowerment Partnership and we can now announce the South West's part of this will be called ‘Empowering Communities', this is the name of the consortium led by Creating Excellence that will be taking forward the initiative to improve the empowerment and engagement of communities.
