The draft South West Regional Housing Strategy has just been produced by the south west housing body.
The strategy aims to improve the balance of housing markets, achieve good quality homes, and support sustainable communities. It forms part of the Government's national strategy as outlined in, People, Places and Prosperity and homes for all.
This is now out for formal consultation until 26 April.
