Creating Excellence is announcing the launch of a new publication. The real ways of learning outlined in the brochure will enable people to develop their skills.
These skills are to: manage projects, lead others, share a vision and develop a sense of purpose, make things happen, get others involved, manage change, work with stakeholders, evaluate and analyse, communicate well, resolve conflicts, focus on 'customer' groups, and manage finances – all the generic skills identified as core for people involved in sustainable communities work.
