Alastair Sawday Publishing is looking for a full-time editor and publisher to develop its imprint Fragile Earth.
Fragile Earth is an imprint of Alastair Sawday Publishing (ASP), well-known for its Special Places To Stay guides. It has published the Little Earth Book, the Little Money Book and the Little Food Book. Recently it published One Planet Living and will produce The Big Earth Book this year. It is committed to publishing radical and intelligent books about the environment.
It now needs a full-time editor and publisher to take it to full autonomy, and profitability, within ASP. You will need to be within reach of Bristol, where ASP works from award-winning eco-offices just outside the city. You will stand on your own feet and take a promising imprint to hitherto undreamed of places.
Pay will initially be low but will rise with the success of the books.
