RISE, the voice of Social Enterprise in the region, is working in partnership with Co-active and Business Link to provide help for those with an enterprising idea to benefit their community or the environment, and anyone want helping in social enterprise. At present the service is available in Cornwall, Plymouth, Torbay and Bristol.
