A new intranet site aims to facilitate information sharing between members of the Regional Infrastructure Steering Group and others with an interest in the South West capacity building programme.
The purpose of this site is to facilitate information sharing between members of and various stakeholders associated with the Programme. During Summer 2004, the South West ChangeUp Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) Infrastructure Steering Group have been discussing a range of options for the co-ordination, management and development of the ChangeUp main spend investment programme.
From the work undertaken since the period of early spend an emerging strategy is developing across the South West which seeks to reflect new and existing partnerships, delivery capacity and priorities at regional level and below.

All documents and information required by the organisations/individuals applying to the fund are in the public areas of the intranet and are available by entering the intranet through the "Enter as a Guest" access link located on the left margin of the website login page.
