CSEP was an award winner at the Academy for Sustainable Communities' (ASC) awards ceremony "Creating the Future Awards 2008", which took place at the Roundhouse, London, on 5 June 2008. CSEP won the Low Carbon Development Category, sponsored by NHBC. In December 2007, CSEP was the overall winner of the Creating Excellence Rewards Scheme.
